Family Games is a family activities application that provides 100+ physical and logic games for children ages 3-12. Our service includes:

• 100+ curated physical and logic games
• Age-appropriate game filtering and recommendations
• Step-by-step game instructions with built-in timers
• AI-powered custom game generation from photos
• Optional child profiles with progress tracking
• Offline functionality for all games
• Equipment lists and safety guidelines

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use the App for family entertainment and physical activities
• Create child profiles to track game progress (optional)
• Generate custom games using the AI photo feature
• Share the App with family members for collaborative play
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement

You May Not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or offensive photos for game generation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in ways that could harm children or families
• Share account credentials with others outside your immediate family
• Use the photo upload feature for non-game related purposes

5. Child Profiles and User Content

Child Profile Management

• Parents are responsible for creating and managing their children's profiles
• All family members must comply with these Terms when using the App
• Parents must supervise their children's use of the App and photo upload features
• Child profiles are optional and can be deleted at any time

Photo Upload and AI-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload for custom game generation
• You grant us a license to process your photos to generate custom games
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded photos don't violate others' rights or privacy
• We may remove inappropriate content or disable accounts that violate these Terms
• AI-generated games are created for your personal family use only

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. App Features and Pricing

Free and Premium Features

• Basic features of Family Games are available for free
• Premium features require a subscription
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

8. Intellectual Property

• Family Games and all related trademarks are our property
• The App's design, features, and functionality are protected by copyright
• You may not use our intellectual property without permission

Your Rights

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
• This license is revocable and terminates when you stop using the App

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We are not responsible for issues caused by your device or internet connection

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

Termination by You

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination

Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate the service with 30 days' notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
